This 12 week overview of the most vital DBT skills to help you reach you emotional goals.
Designed for those wanting to supplement their own personal therapy with DBT skills, or for those just wanting to learn and apply DBT skills on their own.
Our classes are taught live over Zoom by experienced DBT instructors. This class meets once a week for an hour and a half. In a virtual, classroom setting, you will learn the most essential DBT skills to help you reach you emotional goals.
These courses are for persons age 18 and older.
